AXLOIE Launches a New Brand Strategy Targeted In TWS Sport Earphones

Since AirPods were rolled out in 2016, true wireless stereo headphones have been on the rise. Based on, global sales of TWS headsets got an estimated 78 million units in 2019 and is expected to reach 110 million units by 2020. Many audio giants have invested heavily in TWS headphones over the past year, and AXLOIE is no exception.

AXLOIE, a global audio brand founded in 2018 in Los Angeles, USA, has established its own online store and several overseas warehouses, with business in more than 30 countries and regions around the world. And it has gained a global reputation that over 1600 media and platforms reported this brand over the last two years.

Thirdly, to optimize performance and boost more traffic, the brand team is busy redesigning AXLOIE official web including the structure, format, content, and navigation of AXLOIE website during Q2 of 2020. Compared to the first version, the new site will focus more on mobile interaction and sports elements.

4. Improve After-Sales Service

Fourthly, and last, AXLOIE improves after-sales service in a variety of ways. For example, extend the warranty to 24 months, and provide free shipping, lifetime counseling, and 7-days unconditional return.
