December 10 22:32 2020

On December 3rd, Scottsdale based tech startup, Nurture Boss officially closed their seed round of funding. Led by venture capital fund PHX Ventures, Nurture Boss has been on a fast track to success since launching their platform back in May of this year. They have already attracted a multitude of NMHC’s 2020 Top 25 Managers and Apartment Owners. Nurture Boss’s portfolio originated in their home state of Arizona but has quickly expanded throughout California, the Pacific Northwest and has plans to make its way to the East Coast in early 2021.

This round of funding will be used to hire customer success managers, software engineering and expand their business development team. Additionally, Nurture Boss is further developing integrations with industry CRM systems such as RealPage, Yardi and Entrata to expand their core offering.

The team at Nurture Boss is led by co-founders Jacob Carter and Aaron Pierson, both industry veterans with diverse backgrounds in marketing, modern technology, residential real estate, and multifamily.

“We are very excited about our partnership with Phoenix Ventures and our other investors. The resources allocated to us this round of fundraising put us in an even better spot to keep innovating the marketing tech stack for multifamily,” says Jacob Carter, CEO at Nurture Boss.
