Before embarking on her professional career path, Ms. Cusack obtained her Master’s in Education & Human and Organizational Learning from George Washington University.

In 2023, she was awarded the title of one of the Top 20 Most Inspiring Women Issued by The Women Leaders Magazine. She will be honored at IAOTP’s annual awards gala at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville for her selection as Top Master Certified Coach of the Year.
